Hi there! I’m Krista. If you had told me a few years ago that I’d be running my own surface pattern design business, I probably would have laughed—and then immediately gone back to my management consulting career, packing lunches or running to soccer practice.

Even with a minor in art, life got beautifully, wonderfully chaotic, and my creative side was put on pause. But the dream never really went away. I finally decided to refocus my priorities and carve out the time to launch Leeway Studio.

Living in Denver but forever shaped by my Northern California upbringing, my designs are heavily inspired by nature, nostalgia, and my family. Professionally, I'm dedicated to delivering premium, high-quality artwork while keeping the collaboration process smooth and stress-free for my clients.

At home, I’m a proud, busy mom of two. When I’m not at my design desk, I’m usually on the soccer field coaching, out thrifting for unique finds, baking something delicious, or just enjoying everyday life with my husband and kiddos. Thanks for being part of this journey with me!
